Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (Official Journal of the EU L 2016, No. 119), hereinafter referred to as RODO, we inform you

Your personal data will be processed for information and contact purposes within the scope of the services provided, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO.

Recipients of your personal data will be only entities authorized under applicable laws.

Your personal data will be stored for the time necessary to maintain contact in connection with the realization of the purpose indicated in point 4, and thereafter for an archiving period

not exceeding 3 months.

As the controller of your data, we provide you with the right to access your data, which you can rectify, request their deletion or limit their processing. You may also exercise the right

to object to the Administrator to the processing of your data and the right to data portability to another data controller. If you have given your voluntary consent, you have the right to

withdraw your consent to data processing at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing activities to the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
