DELIVERY

The delivery time of the goods depends on the method of delivery. We consider the delivery time to be the time from the moment our store sends the parcel to the moment the Buyer receives the parcel. Delivery time is usually from 24 - 48h (for shipments delivered within Poland) and is not equivalent to the order processing time.
Delivery times are given as a guide and are subject to change. Goods with extended delivery times are usually delivered from external warehouses, etrucksystems.pl store reserves the right to cancel an order in case of non-availability of goods. Our store will make every effort to keep the customer informed about the status of the order and the planned delivery date.

Shipping is carried out by courier companies Inpost, DHL, DPD, TNT Fedex.
If the ordered goods exceed the acceptable dimensions (heavy and bulky goods), we reserve the right to change the mode of transport. Also the cost will be charged individually.
The courier may ask for help in unloading parcels heavier than 31.5 kg.

All our shipments are carefully packed and protected for delivery, so that the goods will reach you intact.
Upon receipt of the parcel, please check the packaging. Damage to the package must be reported immediately upon receipt at the parcel machine, collection point or courier.

*Until the weight of the shipment up to 31.5kg, the shipment is carried out by courier service (parcel delivery). From the weight of the shipment of 31.5kg the shipment is carried out by a shipping company (parcel delivery)
