The delivery time of the goods depends on the delivery method. We consider the delivery time to be the time from the moment our store sends the shipment to the moment the buyer receives the package. The delivery time is not the same as the order processing time - on average it ranges from 24-48h.

We ship with the help of courier companies Inpost, DHL, DPD, TNT, Raben.

If the ordered goods exceed the acceptable dimensions , we reserve the right to change the mode of transport.

The courier may ask for help in unloading packages heavier than 31.5 kg.

All our shipments are carefully packed and secured for delivery, so that the goods reach you intact.

Upon receipt of the parcel, please check the packaging. Damage to the package must be reported immediately upon receipt at the parcel machine, collection point or at the courier.

*Until the weight of the shipment up to 31.5kg, the shipment is carried out by courier service (parcel delivery). From the weight of the shipment of 31.5kg the shipment is carried out by a shipping company (parcel delivery)
